RENT ONLY WHAT YOU TRULY WANT - There are no minimum quantities. Order as much or as little as your event requires.
5 DAY STANDARD RENTAL CONTRACT - This is longer than other rental companies because we understand that coordinating special events can be stressful. We want you to enjoy your event so take more time and relax. Rentals of more than 5 days can also be arranged but may incur an additional fee. Please refer to your Rental Contract for more information.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - The China Grove understands that accidental breakage can occur. As the renter, you are fully responsible for the safety of all items rented during the terms of the rental contract. Damage Deposits are required at time of rental contract signing. The amount of this deposit will be based on the fair market value of the rented items. The Damage Deposit will be returned in full when all rented items are returned in same condition as when rented and no damages have occurred. Please refer to the Rental Contract for more information.
RETURNING ITEMS must be rinsed and “food free”. Please rinse, bag/seal, and return all items in packaging provided. Charges may incur if returned otherwise. Should you choose to fully wash your rental items, please hand wash only. Other means of washing may damage your items and incur charges for replacement.
REPLACEMENT COST - The China Grove understands that accidental breakage can occur. Any damages or breakage must be visibly shown upon return. The renter will be charged fair market value less 25% for each damaged piece. Fair market value is the current online average value of the item. Unreturned items will be charged at full fair market value. The damage deposit may be be used to cover any incurred damage or replacement costs. If additional payment is required, it must be paid by the renter within 5 days. Please refer to the Rental Contract for more information.
UNUSED ITEMS - We’re sorry. We can not issue a credit for unused items.

RETAIL COST - From time to time, some items may be considered for retail sale. Please inquire if you are interested in purchasing from our inventory.
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE means prompt, professional, and customer focused service every time. We handle every piece of every rental order with loving care. And yes…we wear white gloves to ensure that your items arrive clean, sparkling, and ready for use. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.
PLATINUM SERVICE - This includes the professional set up (with white gloves) of your rental items AND removal/clean up our your items after your event. This service begins at $60 and is based on the number of place settings handled. Please refer to your rental contract for specific pricing.
SILVER SERVICE - This includes the removal/clean up of your rented items after your event. This service begins at $40 and is based on the number of place settings handled. Please refer to your rental contract for specific pricing.
DESIGN SERVICE - Additional party design/decor ideas may be contracted and priced on an individual basis. Please call for more information.
COMPLIMENTARY LOCAL HAND DELIVERY OR LOCAL PICKUP (up to 50 miles round trip) - Each renter may receive one complimentary delivery or pickup. Additional transportation service is available at the rate of .50cents per mile. Mileage is based on information from Google Maps. Any damages incurred during transport are the responsibility of the transporter. When we deliver, we assume all responsibility for safe transit.
OUR GREEN INITIATIVES - Giving old china and glassware a new life is one way we reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfills. Disposable paper products go right to the trash after a party, but revitalized china and glassware can be washed and reused time and time again. Every effort is made to use environmentally friendly packing resources whenever possible. Cardboard cartons are used for transport. No plastic milk crates here!comments powered by Disqus
